Whether you like it or not, as you get older, you have to adjust your eating habits. Now, unless you are some sort of life long health-nut, chances are you’ve done a fair amount of damage to your body, with years upon years of careless culinary choices. I, myself, am a perfect example of just such a person.
For decades, I was filling my body with nonsense, pretty much ignoring every fruit and vegetable that came my way. Well, as I’m sure you can already surmise from that revelation, I soon encountered a substantial weight problem. I didn’t want that to be my life’s story, so I decided that it was time to make a change.
Not only did I start to incorporate regular exercise into my daily routine, but I made drastic changes in my diet, as well. Gone were those greasy, cheese-laden meals. In their place, stood a plethora of nutrient-rich vegetables. This eating “green” lifestyle has completely revamped my entire existence. I feel better, think clearer, and no longer struggle with any sort of weight issue. In short, it’s what I should’ve been doing for years.
But, hey, at least I’m doing it now, right?
Anyway, that transition from snacker to health-nut was not an easy one. It took me a decent amount of time to find healthy foods that would still satisfy my taste buds and cravings, without leaving me forlorn for fattier snacks. And while I wound up finding a good amount of options that fit that criteria, one of my most favorite health-centric treats has got to be roasted cauliflower.
But not just any roast cauliflower, mind you. I’m talking about THC-Infused Roasted Cauliflower. Which is precisely why I’m here. I’m going to teach you how to make that very same dish, and I promise you, it’s a whole lot easier than you may think.
For those “picky eaters” out there, who instantly furrowed their brow in disgust upon the mere mention of cauliflower, listen tome: this stuff is good. So good, in fact, you won’t even feel like you’re eating a green, it almost tastes like a delectable guilty pleasure. Only, instead of it being filed with needless calories, it’s packed with body-enriching nutrients. It’s the definition of a “win, win” in my humble opinion, and I’m confident that every single person, regardless of culinary preferences, will enjoy this THC-Infused Roasted Cauliflower.
Now, if you don’t have any cannabis-infused butter already, don’t sweat it. Almost every single dispensary in this country has at least one brand of butter to choose from. So, if you find yourself without this crucial ingredient, simply mosey on down to your neighborhood cannabis club, and pick yourself up a tub (or two) of this stuff.
But, if they are fresh out, you can easily make some at home, simply by following my incredibly easy recipe for how to make cannabis-infused butter, which can be found on this site.
Whichever way you go about it is fine, but skipping this ingredient is the worst thing you can do. It would effectively render this entire recipe “potent-less.” Sure, you’d still have a tasty cauliflower to enjoy, but we’re looking to take things to the next level here, so don’t forget to grab this cannabis-infused butter, in one way or another. Believe me, you will be happy that you did.
In a little over an hour, with minimal effort, you were able to create a killer version of THC-Infused Roasted Cauliflower.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to a classic 400°.
  • Then, as that trusty kitchen appliance works its way up to that desired temperature, you can start to wash that cauliflower.
  • Don’t forget to trim the base of the cauliflower, as well. You won’t want any of that gross stem, so be mindful to cut that puppy off during this portion of the recipe.
  • In a small bowl, mix together all of your spices and butters. Really work them in with one another, too, as you will want the potency of the butter to be evenly dispersed throughout the mixture. This, effectively, ensures that each bite of the finished product will deliver a similar “punch” of potency.
  • Which is exactly what we’re aiming for, especially with homemade edibles of this nature. This important attention to detail is critical when it comes to dosing out these treats. You need to rely on each bite/portion delivering the same level of cannabis effects.
  • Because, if one element is stronger than another, it could toss your whole standard of dosing right out of the proverbial window. So, the more balanced of a blend you can create, the better off you’ll be – in a number of different ways. Trust me.
  • Anyway, after you’ve adequately combined all of those elements together, all you have to do is rub that infused mixture of spiced butter all over the cauliflower – and I mean “all over.”
  • Make sure to rub this delectable blend into every little crevice that this vegetable has to offer. Doing so will ensure that each bite is strong and scrumptious.
  • When you’re happy with how all of that is looking, you may then toss that bad boy onto a lined baking sheet.
  • At this point, your oven should be good to go, and if it is, you can slide this sheet in there, and let it cook for about an hour. You’ll know it’s ready once the exterior starts to take on a golden brown color.
  • As soon as it looks like it’s ready, you can remove it from the oven, cut it into bite-size pieces, and chow down.
  • And that’s it.

Notes

Now you can snack with a clear conscience (and elevated mindstate) knowing that these suckers are nothing but healthy for you. And, at the end of the day, isn’t that we’re all hoping to feel with every snack? I know I certainly am.
