Nowadays, some of the world’s most classic culinary creations are getting a much-needed makeover. Sure, these iconic meals will forever hold a place in my heart, but just because it’s loved all over the world, doesn’t mean it can’t be improved. And, frankly, even though I’m a fairly large fan of the original interpretation, I feel as though this Cannabis Cheese Chicken Soup may be one of the better things I’ve made all year.

This Cannabis Cheese Chicken Soup doesn’t need to sacrifice any flavor, in order to deliver a fully-infused dining experience. In most cases, when you attempt to lodge cannabis into an age-old recipe like this, the floral flavors are pretty much undeniable. But, with this particular edible recipe, you don’t taste the cannabis at all – just delicious cheese chicken soup.

  • Alright, to kick things off, you’ll want to fire up your Dutch oven.
  • Toss in your chicken, water, soup, mixed vegetables, and diced potatoes. Bring all of those contents to a nice, solid boil.
  • When you’ve reached that boiling point, you’ll then want to reduce the heat, cover up the contents, and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes. You’ll know you’re ready to move on when the vegetables are fork tender.
  • At that point, simply stir in your Velveeta, and keep stirring it in, until it has completely melted into the mixture, but do not let it come to a boil.
  • Following that quick step, portion yourself out a little under 1 ½ cups into a bowl. Then, add in your desired amount of THC (or CBD) tincture. I’d say keep it around 1-2 doses, especially to start off.

And, once you’ve successfully added (and stirred in) your tincture, you can grab a spoon, and dive in.
